Strengthen and tone your muscles as we explore a combination of Wall Pilates, the Body Bar and some traditional Pilates Matwork.  This class will use repetitions with tempo set to music to keep your inspired and your heart rate slightly elevated throughout the class. A contemporary twist on the Pilates repetoire to start your week of right!
