The Cardio Jumpboard is a great way to train your anaerobic fitness while using the Pilates Reformer! Train your musculoskeletal elasticity and rebound as we practice different combinations of footwork on the foot plate. Jumping without the load of gravity is a wonderful way to restore your joint strength and stability. You'll be amazed at how fun (and sweaty) this class can be! We'll add some nice stretches on the Reformer to balance out our cardio intervals.
